What are your payment terms?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking with final payment due no later than 14 days prior to departure.

How many coaches do you have?

At present we have 106 vehicles in varying sizes. Visit our vehicles section and find the size and type that suits you.

Do coaches have DVD or CD players?

Some coaches are fitted with both DVD and CD players. Visit our vehicles section to find the vehicle that suits your needs or send us an e-mail and we will get back to you with a response

Do all coaches have toilets?

Most of our coaches do have toilets, why not visit the Our Vehicles section of this site for more details

Will your driver know where he/she is going?

Our drivers are highly experienced and are also provided with maps of their destinations.

Can I pay the driver on the day of the excursion?

No. All excursions must be paid in full prior to departure, for security reasons drivers cannot accept payment at any time.

What time will i get to my destination?

We aim to arrive at our destination by lunch time but it this is dependant on traffic conditions and we cannot be held responsible for missed appointments, meetings etc.

Where can I book if your Barrow office is closed?

Bookings can be made and payments taken over the telephone with our head office on 01524 720033 or alternatively you can visit the Forum 28 in Barrow town centre who will be more than happy to help.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Cancellation charges do apply to all our excursions. See our booking conditions for further details.

How much does a child pay?

Children aged 13 and under are charged at 2/3 of the adult price. Children aged 2 and under are free of charge if not using a seat.

What happens if my trip is cancelled?

Please be aware that all excursions are run subject to minimum numbers and are therefore not guaranteed to run. If we cancel your excursion you will be entitled to a full refund.

What time will I get home from my trip?

Most excursions depart at approximately 17.00 - 17.30 hrs but travelling times are dependent on traffic conditions on the day.

Can I leave personal items on the coach?

Personal items must not be left on the coach at any time. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items that are left.

Can I travel just one way?

Yes, but we cannot be held responsible for alternative travel arrangements should the excursion be cancelled. Full fares are charged.

When I book Gemini Retail Park & Trafford Centre how long do i have at each place?

Dependant on traffic conditions we usually allow approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours at each place.

Can I take my dog on the coach?

For the safety and comfort of all passengers only guide dogs or hearing dogs are permitted to travel.

How do I book a holiday?

Can I smoke on the coach?

All our coaches operate a strict no smoking policy at all times.

Can people with walking difficulties travel?

Yes, providing they can embark and disembark the vehicle unaided. We can also carry a number of wheelchairs per trip but we must be notified at the time of booking.

Do all your coaches have seatbelts?

Yes. All coaches are fitted with seatbelts to every seat. It is now illegal for any passenger to travel without wearing a seatbelt. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they and any accompanying passengers wear their seatbelt at all times. The company will not be held responsible for any penalites or incidents which may occur due to this request being ignored.

Do i have to go on all the arranged excursions?

The daily excursions are included in the cost of your holiday however if you do not wish to go on them please just let the driver know.

When will I get my pick up time?

One of our friendly staff will call you with your time - usually during the week prior to departure.

Will the coach go 'around the houses' picking up?

We offer pick up points in all our local areas, with minimum feeder transfers to ensure everyone enjoys their holiday with the minimum disruption. Feeder vehicles are in operation where necessary.

Can I book online?
